Refund Policy

Public Workshops & Public Webinars

Shipper Secrets will provide refunds less any fees according to the conditions listed below.

Cancellations

Please inform us no less than 7 days prior to the date of your workshop or webinar. Last minute cancellations received within 7 days will incur a fee of 25% of the workshop or webinar cost. If we aren’t notified prior to the date of the workshop or webinar, a fee of 100% of the cost will be applied and no refunds will be granted. However, we would be happy to transfer you to one of Lion’s convenient equivalent online courses (upon request received within 14 days of workshop or webinar).

Substitution or Rescheduling

Have a colleague that also needs the training? Contact us to let us know that they’ll be attending in your place as substitutions are allowed at any time. Or ask us about a one-time option to reschedule to another date. Reschedule requests must be received prior to the workshop or webinar date. If your plans change again, we’d be happy to move you to Lion’s convenient self-paced online courses so that you may train on your own schedule.

Shipper Secrets reserves the right to cancel any workshop or webinar if necessary and will refund all registration fees associated with that workshop or webinar.

Online Training

Online courses are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You will have 90 days to complete your online training from the date of enrollment and will receive periodic e-mail reminders throughout the 90 days. A final reminder will be sent 5 days from expiration of the initial 90 days. At this time, you may redeem a one-time 30-day extension (must be redeemed within 120 days of enrollment).

Additional Extension. If you have not completed your coursework after the initial 90 days and the 30-day extension, you can apply for a final 60-day extension. This extension must be redeemed within 180 days of initial purchase and is subject to a $50 reinstatement fee (per student/per course). Payment can be made online via credit card only. Coursework will expire after this final 60 days, and no further extensions can be granted.Additional Extension. Books and e-Readers

For printed publications, electronic publications, or reference books, all sales are final, and no refund or exchange requests will be granted. Please review the information carefully before making a purchase and contact us at info@shippersecrets.com if you have any questions.
